Moire Mathieson - Owner and Licensee of Fundamentals Preschool

Kia ora.  Neil and I have a family of 2 daughters and 2 sons between mid 20's to 10 years old.  I often support teaching at Fundamentals in the mornings.  In the afternoons I do Individual tutoring in Numeracy and Literacy with students of all ages (mainly primary through to adult ages) at Basics Plus.  I'm a registered Primary Teacher with Early Childhood qualifications and a Diploma in SLD (special Learning and Difficulties).  Through my Background as an SLD teacher and owner of the former Mt. Pleasant Preschool I wanted to develop a truly special preschool that provided for all the learning and development needs of preschoolers especially incorporating the perceptual motor/sensory motor skills needed to develop both sides of the brain, ensuring balanced learning and the best preparation for Primary School.
